Victims fail to appear for shooting trial
Last week he shot two robbers who tried to hold him up at his shrimp farm, but this week two men he shot last year for trespassing on his property, failed to appear in court. As a result, Charles McIntosh of Marage Road, Ladyville, had the case against him dismissed. McIntosh had been charged with two counts of aggravated assault and two counts of wounding after shooting Dowellson Blair and Robert Tejada on November seventeenth, 2004.
