A youth accused of shooting a man, over another bicycle, was charged with attempted murder this week and remanded to Hattieville. In addition, eighteen-year-old Owen McFoy appeared before Magistrate Dorothy Flowers on Monday and was also arraigned on charges of use of deadly means of harm, grievous harm, and aggravated assault for the incident on August eighteenth.
