2 Men Charged for Brutal OW Murder

Deportee from the United States, twenty-six year old Luis Campos, was stabbed to death in a shack on the grounds of Cuello’s Stables in Orange Walk on Sunday morning. Police responded to a 911 call and found Campos’ body with wounds to the abdomen and face wrapped in a sheet. Since investigations started on Sunday, Orange Walk Police detained two men and questioned a minor who were at the stables. The two men, twenty four year olds Dennis Reneau of Santa Familia Street and Alexis Ramirez of Key Hole Alley in Orange Walk Town were arrested and charged for Campos’ murder. Both men were remanded to Hattieville Prison today.  According to Orange Walk Police, the two men were socializing at a party prior Campos’ murder, however, up to Tuesday they were unable to say if Campos was out with the men. Campos was known to Orange Walk Police.
