So today when that long-awaited lucky person presented himself it came as welcome relief to the people on Queen Street. Thirty-eight year old Sydney Turton, who is not a regular Lotto player, says the delay was not intentional. He was in the process of relocating and had put the ticket away. When he recently found it, it was only natural to check the numbers.
