2 arrested in city murder
Just two days after he was shot to death, police picked up two youths they believe are responsible for the killing of Alberto Saragoza Jr. Today Kyle Edwards of Reggae Street and Roger Batty of Kraal Road, both eighteen, were jointly charged with murder. They were remanded to Hattieville to await trial on August eleventh. Saragoza was shot in the head around nine-thirty on Wednesday night. Reports are the twenty-eight year old had driven his car onto a gravel road by the sea just off Caesar Ridge Road near the Esso oil depot and had gotten out of the car to relieve himself when he was shot.
