Dangriga Police Closer to Making Arrest in Fireman’s Murder
On Monday night, we told you about the brutal murder of fifty one year old Ralston Patnett. The former veteran fireman was killed around midnight on Sunday on the Jetty Road in Dangriga Town. Police were called out to the scene near the Commerce Bight Port, where a car, described as a red Camry, was seen engulfed in flames which were put out by the Dangriga Fire Service. When the fire was put out, police discovered the badly burnt body. Upon further investigation, the car was observed with over fifteen bullet marks. The car was discovered at the entrance of the beach front property ‘Bella Vita,’ where Patnett was a caretaker. Well, tonight we can confirm that police have since discovered the weapon- a shot gun and they have in custody the main suspects, including the alleged gunman.
