Alex Jason Norales, Recording Artist
?I am very optimistic about it. I see what the guys are doing around here. People are really into the rockers and the dancehall. I am optimistic.?
?The C.D. comprises of mostly Reggaeton tracks. It also has some dancehall in it. All of it, about seventy-five percent of it is in Spanish.?
?I am trying to bring something new to our country whereas I am trying to kinda move back where a lot of people believe that Belizean music is Punta Rock or Brukdown, I think that we are here in the Caribbean and we can add the Reggaeton to it as well. I am putting our own little blend to it our rockers as we know it because Reggaeton is pretty much rockers and dancehall, and we have been dancing to that for years.?
Norales remains optimistic that the public will respond kindly to La Fruta. He is already working on a second CD. Jacqueline Woods for News Five.
If you would like to purchase a copy of La Fruta, the album is available at most record shops for twenty-five dollars.
