?We got a call sometime after five o?clock from a concerned citizen who informed us that there was a body in the water near this area. The police responded and we retrieved the body from the water, apparently dead. The body is on its way to the K.H.M.H. where it will be examined by a medical officer. She has been tentatively identified. At this point we can only say that it?s a female, seemingly in her thirties. We understand that she lived through the Kelly Street area. She was wearing a white blouse and a maroon checked pants. At this point, pending positive identification and notification to the next of kin, we are not at liberty to disclose the identity.?

?Do the police know what happened to this young lady??
G. Michael Reid
?Well I understand she was swimming and she might be a person who suffers from epileptic fits and that might have been the case, she might have suffered a fit and was unable to reach to shore or no one was able to go out and assist her in time.?
The woman has been identified as one Elena James.
