Hit & run driver sought in Stann Creek
Police, this time in Dangriga, are also looking for a crime suspect: the driver of a vehicle that killed a pedestrian on Sunday night. The victim is twenty-six year old Guatemalan Bernabe Choco. Choco, who was last seen drinking at a bar near mile nineteen on the Stann Creek Valley Road, was found lying on the roadside in the same area around seven p.m. Police believe he was struck by a driver who failed to stop. Anyone who can help provide information is asked to call the nearest police station.
