Youth arrested for Tow Tow robbery
An arrest has been made in a city shop robbery one month after the crime. Eighteen-year-old Francis Petillo, a resident of Flamboyant Street, has been arrested and charged for the March eighth robbery of Tow Tow grocery. Police believe Petillo was the man who entered the Mahogany Street store, hit proprietor Lai Wei Dong in the back of the head with a gun, and stole five hundred dollars in cash. Petillo appeared in court, but was denied bail and remanded to the Hattieville Prison.
