Youth charged in St. Martin de Porres hold up
A seventeen-year-old has been charged and two other people are being sought after a security officer was robbed at a Belize City shop over the weekend. Keith Franklin told police he was leaving the store in the St. Martin de Porres area around 8:45 pm when three men, one armed with a pistol forced him back inside and robbed him of his gold chain and medal and a gold ring. He was not harmed in the incident, but values the loss at over twelve hundred dollars.
