Two detained in O.W. robbery
Two Belize City men have been detained following a report of a robbery in Orange Walk town. Thirty three year old Shao Hau Zhen of Happy Valley Restaurant told police that around eight on Thursday night, he and his wife were inside the business establishment when two men entered, one armed with a knife and the other with a handgun. Zhen says the men robbed him of an undisclosed amount of cash and BTL phone cards after which they made good their escape. Police say their investigations have led to the detention of the two Belize City men, pending further queries.
