Second minor charged with four-year-old?s murder
A second suspect has been arrested and charged in the murder of four-year-old Oscar Velasquez. That person is a fourteen-year-old, and he joins a thirteen-year-old previously charged with the crime. Police believe the pair of youths acted together to kill the boy who had been left unattended in the Antelope Street Extension area of Belize City on February twenty-fourth. His rapidly decomposing body was found three days later stuffed in an abandoned refrigerator inside an unoccupied neighbourhood house.
