City crooner tops week 7 karaoke
Due to technical difficulties–resting largely in the News Director’s brain–we failed to feature the winner of Tuesday’s K.T.V. competition on last night’s newscast. So belatedly and with apologies… here’s how it went on a breezy night at the Bliss as a happy Herbert Wiltshire took his place in the semi-finals.
