Floating corpse may be drowning victim
The body of a man has been found in the sea in the Buttonwood Bay area of Belize City. In word just in from the Police Department he has been identified as thirty-four year old Giovanni Rodriguez of Pickstock Hutments. Around eight this morning police were called out to an area along Seashore Drive and Independence Avenue where they recovered the partly decomposed body. According to the police release, the body had no visible signs of violence and they are awaiting the results of an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
