Cayo musician succumbs to car crash injuries
He was a popular figure in the developing world of Belizean music and was recently featured on this newscast promoting a newly released CD. Tonight we regret to report the death of twenty-three year old Nadir Leal of San Igancio. Leal suffered severe injuries in a January twenty-ninth traffic accident on the Western Highway and despite valiant efforts to save his life, he succumbed to those wounds on Wednesday at the KHMH.
