La Cabana Proprietor Prepares to Revisit the Drawing Board

According to Menjivar, the dismissal of the matter will force them back to the drawing board.  The case against government however, will only rear its head in another form.

“They had abused in such an extreme way all of our things, business, family, rights and everything.  So, I don’t think they are happy to throw out our case.  It’s not going to be happening.”

Reporter

“Ideally, what would you like to see happen?  What would you like to see as the result?”

Miguel Menjivar

“Well, if the files have to be done [over] and submitted again, I mean if we’ve waited three, close to four years, it’s only going to take a week’s time.  We’ll bring them back and start all over again.  I mean, we’ve been suffering [as a result of] this situation but we’re ready to continue.  That’s not bad news for us, it’s just a matter of bringing back the files and getting a new date for them.  And bring the same topic to them again.”
