Chain snatcher is charged with theft
One accused jacker who didn’t get away is twenty-eight year old Michael Usher. Usher, of a Faber’s Road address, has been charged with theft after he was identified by a sixty-two year old man as the guy who snatched a gold chain off his neck. The incident took place on Sunday night in a grocery shop on Lizarragua Avenue in King’s Park. According to police, Usher has also been implicated in a number of similar crimes.
