“We arrested and charged Prison Officer Juan Perez who was caught Saturday night at eight p.m. trying to smuggle four hundred and eighty three grams of cannabis into Kolbe Foundation. We also have arrested and charged Kolbe prison cook for drug trafficking when he attempted to smuggle twenty-eight grams of cannabis into that facility. His name is Fabian Chen and he is twenty-eight years old.”
