3 More Suspects in Burrell Boom Home Invasion Get Bail
Also in the courts, three more men charged in connection with the home invasion of the Lebanese Honrary Consul in Burrell Boom Village were granted Supreme Court bail but with stringent conditions. Tyrone Meighan was the first to be granted bail by Judge Herbert Lord in the sum of fifteen thousand dollars and two sureties of seven thousand five hundred dollars. He also must report to the police station and stay away from witnesses. Also granted bail was Brandon Baptist charged along with Meighan for abetment to aggravated burglary, aggravated burglary and conspiracy to commit rape. Baptist was granted bail in the sum of twelve thousand dollars with conditions to stay away from any prosecution witnesses and to stay out of trouble. The third to be granted bail is Jeffery Buller in the sum of eight thousand dollars and conditions similar to Meighan and Baptist. He was charged with abetment to commit aggravated burglary and was arraigned last Friday before Senior Magistrate Sharon Fraser. A total of eighteen persons have been charged in connection with the home invasion at the house of Sarkis Bou Nehra which occurred in late November, 2015.
