Two wounded in Barracks shooting
Two men have been wounded in a shooting early Thursday morning in Belize City. Police say Ernest Faber and Eugene Wallace were standing near the BTL Park on Newtown Barracks when they got into an argument with another man. The hard talk ended when that guy pulled out a nine millimetre pistol and started shooting. Faber was hit in his left leg while a bullet grazed Wallace on the left side of his face. Both men were treated for their injuries at the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital. The alleged shooter has been detained, as police continue to investigate the incident.
