Two sought in city holdup
Meanwhile, armed bandits have hit another business in Belize City, this time making off with cash and phone cards. Around eight last night, Hung Wai Chan, proprietor of Ah Konk restaurant, located at the corner of Cemetery Road and Lakeview Street, says two men, one brandishing a 9mm pistol, walked into the building and ordered money, not food. Hung complied, handing over one hundred and fifty dollars in cash and approximately a hundred dollars in phone cards. Police say they are looking for two people in connection with the crime.
