Where is Christopher Guild?
Where is Christopher Guild? The thirty-two year old unemployed of a Barrack Road address has not been seen or heard from since January tenth and the family is fearing that something terrible has happened to him. Christopher, who is the brother of Karate Sensei Leon Guild, was last seen two weeks ago by his mother at her house in the King’s Park area. Today, Gilda Guild made a missing person’s report after checks were made at his house and with his friends came up empty-handed. The family notes that money she gave him to pay his rent is still inside the house and his laundry had not been touched. As we said, the family is fearing the worst and is asking for the public’s assistance to come forward with information on his whereabouts. Cousin Danilee Cadle Singh spoke with News Five today.
Danilee Cadle Singh, Cousin of Missing Man
“We are concerned because every evening he would go to his mother, my Aunt Gilda and he will have his supper and eat with her and have communication with her. She noticed that since January tenth of this year, 2016, he hasn’t shown up. Every evening, she wished that he would come and continuously the day goes by and there is no show up of Chris. It became very concerning to us when he has no image of being shown by the public; we’re asking his basketball players, his football players…asking them if they see Chris, but there has been no one that has come in contact with Chris since then or has seen Chris. And this is not like him; he would always go to Aunt Gilda, have his supper in the evening and then have a communication with her. We are hoping that something is not tragic in the situation that something is wrong. As we are here today, we are expressing to the Belizean public our concern and love for our cousin and his mother is at home very concerned on where Christopher is. We can’t say something has tragically gone wrong because when it comes to Christopher, Christopher does not give trouble. He is not a troublesome person; Christopher is not known for anybody to dislike him; he’s very humble, very, very, very humble. And if you do not engage in a conversation with him, then Christopher will not engage in a conversation with you. To this point, we can’t think; we are only hoping for the best and want Christopher to come home. if the public know that or they have seen him or any engagement with him…if they interact with him or know his whereabouts of if he is somewhere, let the public at least say Christopher is alive, we have seen Christopher. Christopher is here, Christopher is there; we just want a feedback, we just want to know where Christopher is.”
If anyone has seen or heard from Christopher, they can contact the family at 607-7859 or the nearest police station.
