Man Accused of Sexually Assaulting his Niece is Charged
A twelve-year-old minor was sexually assaulted at her home in Benque Viejo del Carmen over the weekend. Her parents and other family members left her home with her three-year-old sister and her much older uncle preyed on her. Police report that on Monday, they have charged forty-eight year Feliciano Merejildo Sutherland for the crime of Sexual Assault.
