Baby hit by rocks in Libertad
In a strange and shocking incident in the Corozal District, a four month old baby is in a critical condition after being struck in the head by a rock. His mother, Amanda Sho of Libertad Village, told police she was walking through the village around ten Saturday night with her baby and younger brother when three youths began pelting them with rocks. Police have detained three suspects. The baby was initially taken to the Corozal Hospital, but transferred to the KHMH.
