Lotto jackpot yields $82,500
Over the last three months, Tropical Gaming Company has paid out over two hundred and twenty-two thousand dollars in lotto jackpots. Today the company paid out another eighty two thousand, five hundred as the winner of Saturday’s jackpot stopped by to collect his prize. Belize City resident Leonard Castro told News 5 that he used dates and numbers surrounding the death of his teenage son earlier this year to come up with the winning combination.
Leonard Castro, $82,500 Jackpot Winner
?His following birthday coming was the twentieth. He was nineteen when he died, right. So, April twentieth would have been his second birthday, and he would have been twenty.?

?Do you feel like this is a gift from your son??
Leonard Castro
?Well, I would say hopefully yes.?
?Well this money that I win I just plan to finish up my house and so because I have a house which I am building, like 35 x 40 and you know up to now I noh finish it. So the money just come in handy to just finish up the house, you know.?
Patrick Jones
?How long have you been playing lotto for??
Leonard Castro
?About a year now; yeah, about one year.?
