Tasha Young wins Belize Open Scholarship
In news from the world of higher education, Tasha Young, a graduate of SJC Junior College, is the winner of the 2004 Belize Open Scholarship. Young ranked first among one hundred and six Belizeans who sat the University of Cambridge International Examinations in May and June. She currently attends Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. The other two highest scorers were Rishi Cummins, also of SJC, and Aguileo Pech of Corozal Junior College.
