Secretary General of SICA condemns coup…

This morning on Open Your Eyes, the Secretary General of SICA condemned the coup d’ etat against Zelaya.

“The president of SICA understands that democracy has to be re-established in Central America. In the case of Honduras it is preferable and we certainly are going to try to re-establish the democracy and the rule of law in Honduras and we will explore all possibilities.”
