Veteran cop dies of heart attack
He did not die in the line of duty, but the Police Department is still mourning the sudden loss of one of its own. Sergeant Denfield Casey, attached to the joint intelligence committee at Belmopan headquarters, passed away last night at home, apparently of a heart attack. Casey, only forty-one years old, joined the police force in 1983.
