4 Employees of Vital Statistics Unit Face Disciplinary and Criminal Action

The A.G. will have her work cut out for her in the Ministry of Natural Resources, as she had and still has at the Vital Statistics Department which falls within her portfolio. Vital Statistics has been allowed to operate as another hotbed of corruption and incompetence, seemingly without check, balance or supervision. The birth certificate which proclaimed William Mason a Crooked Tree villager is only one of the many fake documents which have come out of that department. We’ve never heard of anybody being prosecuted for the rampant wrongdoing in Vital Stats, until the Prime Minister told us different at his press conference on Monday; reference William Mason’s birth certificate.

I don’t think I am speaking out of turn in saying that in fact reports have been made to the Police and cases have been compiled for the Public Services Commission so that there are four persons that are going to face either a disciplinary action or criminal prosecution or both.”
