Callum Sutherland Pleads Guilty for Cannabis Stash

A Belize City man is in debt of ten thousand dollars to the Belize City Magistrate’s Court for the trafficking of four hundred and twenty-eighth grams of marijuana on June twenty-eighth, 2016. Callum Sutherland initially pleaded not guilty to the charge but today, he today he owned up to the weed.   Sutherland was busted by a mobile patrol on Olivera Street in the Saint Martin’s de Pores area and found in possession of the cannabis.  Since Sutherland is a first time offender, he was spared from jail time and fined the mandatory ten thousand dollars which he must pay by November thirtieth, 2016 or in default, spend three years imprisonment.
