Catholic Youth Rally features healer

They’ve taken their healing ministry all over the world, and now Lorna and Thom Lisk are in Belize to lay hands on the sick, and bring relief to the suffering. The husband and wife duo are among the featured speakers at the eighth national Catholic Charismatic Renewal rally. The event, which takes place on Saturday at the Holy Redeemer Parish Hall, will bring together young people from all over the country to pray, worship, and study the Bible.

?We want to invite everybody to come on Saturday, particularly if the need any kind of healing. Not just physical healing, but emotional healing, family healing, relationship type problems, emotional problems. Because really God does love your listeners and wants to bring them healing we believe.”

“Well one of the points is that God loves them. And God is still healing today just like He was two thousand years ago. And a lot of times people need to stir up their faith. Hebrews 11:1 says “Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not yet seen.” So we want to encourage people in their faith to believe in God, a God of miracles.”

The Rally starts at eight o’clock on Saturday morning at the Holy Redeemer Parish Hall and will be held under the theme: “Renewed by the Spirit.” Special guest speaker will be Trinidadian priest Godfrey Stoute.
