Shooting victim air ambulanced to Miami
And in an update to last night’s story on the shooting and robbery of business executive Phil Gallaty in Ladyville, we are informed that Gallaty regained consciousness following surgery at Universal Health Services and around two-thirty this afternoon was sent in an air ambulance to Miami for further treatment. Gallaty was shot in the stomach and shoulder by two assailants as his vehicle slowed for a speed bump on the Northern Highway. Police have not yet made any arrests in the attack.
