Accused in Sex Assault Case is Cleared in Court

Back in March, we told you about thirty nine year old Amador Pott who was charged with sexual assault, exposing his person in public and using insulting words. Well, last week Pott’s case was thrown out after lack of evidence. Today, Pott stopped by our studios because he said he wanted to let the public know that he was innocent and wrongly accused:

“On March twenty-fourth, 2016, this year one Roxanna Avelar made certain allegations against me. The matter subsequently went before the court and the charges were all dismissed. The case was withdrawn.  I am grateful that the matter is behind me now but the fact of the matter is that my reputation was irreparably damaged and as a consequence, I have no other alternative but I will pursue legal action against the complainant Ms Roxanna Avelar.”
