Benque man charged with rape
A man detained for the sexual assault of a Benque Viejo woman has been charged. Twenty-year old Israel Contreras of Church Street in Benque is accused by a thirty-one year old of grabbing her from behind, taking her to an empty lot and having sex with her against her will. The incident occurred on March fourteenth. Contreras was charged with rape and indecent assault.
