Body of U.S. woman found near Gale’s Point
This afternoon, police retrieved the dead body of an American woman found floating in a lagoon near Gales Point Village. The woman, described as Caucasian, appears to be in her fifties and is believed to be from New Orleans but has been residing in the village. According to reports from the community, the woman, known only as Gevanna, went missing on Friday after she was last seen around ten that morning paddling a kayak.
