Video Evidence Uncovered; Who is to Blame?

Grant has since issued a release refuting the claims made by Ferguson.  In the statement issued by Grant this afternoon, he says, “luckily, a police patrol arrived on the scene at which point Chicken Dread was restrained and an officer requested my licensed firearm which I immediately gave to him.  He asked if I had recently fired the firearm and I said no, at which point the officer checked the clip and examined the firearm and returned it to me, being satisfied that the firearm showed no evidence of being recently fired, as it was not hot.  At this time Chicken Dread who was being restrained by the police officers had resumed his verbal and obscene tirade.  Our group left the scene with no further incident.” That’s Grant’s account; however, footage of the incident shows that he indeed pulled out his pistol and pointed it in the air before leaving the scene.

I would love to see that happen like right now that they lock him up but I’m sure it’s not going to happen because of who he works for.  This is a step for the other people who ih do it to already that dehn could come forward and say, “listen to me, dis man do di same thing to me but I mi fraid because if I mi come to the media ih maybe mi wahn do something to me.”

Grant dismisses the allegations made by Ferguson as, “fabrications of a demented mind attempting to make political mileage from a situation where he was the sole aggressor. Persons on the scene were able to confirm this to the police and are prepared to repeat the same in a court of law.”
