Gunman jacks Lotto cash
The press release from the Police Department called the amount “huge”, but at news time, despite many rumours, News 5 has been unable to confirm just how much money was stolen last night from the company that manages Lotto. The brief report indicates that around eight Monday night thirty-two year old supervisor for Tropical Gaming, Bruce Card, left the office with a large sum of cash in his knapsack. When he reached home on Coffin Street and exited his car, a guy shoved a gun in his back and took the money. Phone calls to Tropical Gaming were not returned, nor could police provide more details of the incident.
