Construction worker falls to death
Reports of accidental deaths over the long holiday weekend continue to trickle in to police. The latest fatality involves a Belize City construction worker. Seventeen-year-old Wilmer Alvarado, a Honduran of a Douglas Jones Street address, lost his life when on December twenty-third he fell from the second floor of the new building for the Wesley College sixth form. A co-worker told police that Alvarado lost his balance. He died of his injuries on Christmas day.
