Cruise ship crew member busted for cocaine
It’s a seldom-discussed benefit of the radical rise in cruise ship arrivals. That is the business of selling cocaine. On Christmas Day, however, that business turned sour for one dealer as a tip-off by security personnel aboard one ship of the Norwegian Caribbean Line led police to bust a crew member as he was about to return to his vessel. Thirty-three year old Jamaican Steve Armstrong Evans was busted with close to eight pounds of cocaine in his possession. He has been charged with two counts of drug trafficking.
