Suspect charged in O’Brien shooting
As predicted by police yesterday, a suspect detained for the shooting of a Belize City man has been formally charged. Mark Medina was slapped with charges of attempted murder, dangerous harm, and use of deadly means of harm for the shooting of Alex O’Brien on Wednesday afternoon on Dean Street near West Collet Canal. O’Brien received bullet wounds to the buttocks, arm, thigh, and abdomen.
