Move Over Aaron Wilson, Two More Fake Cops are Charged

Two Belize City men have been slapped with charges of “False Pretense of a Police Officer.” Sometime around four-thirty on Wednesday, police were informed that two men were dressed in what appeared to be police uniforms and were acting suspiciously near the Publics Supermarket on Phillip Goldson Highway. The men identified as twenty-two year old Dorian Blair and thirty nine year old Barrington Slusher were dressed wearing khaki shirt with long blue trousers with a green streak on the sides resembling the official uniforms of the Belize Police Department Officers. Upon a search, they were discovered with a black bag containing plastic straps. Further checks revealed that that the men were not members of the Department. They have been detained and charged and are expected to be arraigned on Friday.
