Pair arrested for St. Matthew’s robbery
Two young men of St. Matthew’s Village on the Western Highway have been arrested and charged with aggravated assault and burglary. Police say that seventeen year old Rudolph Young and nineteen year old Richard Trapp are the men who earlier this month entered the home of nineteen year old Bing Chen and robbed the occupants at gunpoint. More charges are expected to follow as police believe the pair is part of a gang that has been preying on that area’s Taiwanese community.
