B.D.F. cadet earns top honours in U.K.
A Belizean has earned top honours at the Royal Air Force College in the United Kingdom. B.D.F. officer cadet Shaun Young, attending the Initial Officers Training Course at Cranwell, today received the Overseas Students Prize. The award is presented to the Commonwealth cadet who has demonstrated the best overall performance in leadership and studies. It was presented by the Duke of York. Young, who joined the B.D.F. six months ago, will go on for more training as a pilot.
