Angel “Weche” Orellano wanted by police in security guard murder

Police have released details of a man wanted for the murder of twenty-year-old Samuel Mendez, a resident of Salvapan, Belmopan. He is twenty-two-year-old Angel Antonio Orellano, also known as Weche, who is five feet eight inches in height with light brown complexion and brown eyes. Police also believe Orellano is armed and dangerous. Mendez was chopping grass at the yard of a relative when he was shot around seven-thirty on Monday morning. He attempted to flee but collapsed and died. Initial reports are that the fatal shooting was triggered by an old conflict between both men. Police are appealing to the public to assist in locating Orellano. Anyone with information is asked to call the nearest police station or 911.
