Guardian Life moves into new home

Story Picture
Three years after setting up shop in Belize, Jamaica based Guardian Life has moved into a new home. On hand for the occasion was company C.E.O. Earl Moore, who told News 5 that Guardian now feels like a full part of the local scene.

Earl Moore, President/C.E.O., Guardian Life Ltd.

“Well as you might know, we had purchased the portfolio of Belinsco when they went into insolvency. And as part of the transfer of assets, we acquired this property. You might have seen it prior to now and we have usually rented space in Belize for our branch office and we decided to remodel, refurbish this building and create our own branch office. So today we are actually opening our own branch office in Belize.”

“What is significant is that we came here three years ago and we have made significant improvements. I know we have created a stir in the insurance market and our competitors are sort of watching us very carefully. But we promise them we’ll be toe to toe with them and we will continue to provide all the necessary financial services as far as insurance is concerned to the Belizean public.”

The new Guardian Life building is located at number sixty-nine Barrack Road in Belize City.
