Freak accident kills O.W. woman
And in another traffic tragedy, an Orange Walk woman is dead following a freak accident in which she was crushed between two vehicles. According to police, twenty-six year old Aminta Cornejo of San Francisco Street was leaned over the engine compartment of her car trying to get it started when she apparently succeeded. The vehicle was in gear, however, and it leaped forward, pinning Cornejo against another car that was parked in the yard immediately in front of it. She was pronounced dead on arrival at Northern Regional Hospital.
