Police appeal for help to I.D. body

Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying the victim of what appears to be a traffic accident on the Western Highway. Wednesday night around eleven police observed the body of an unidentified Hispanic man on the roadside near mile twenty-one and a half. The deceased was clad in blue jeans, a green shirt and Lugz brand shoes. He had a tattoo on his shoulder of a heart pierced by an arrow and the letters “R.S.” inside the heart. The body displayed head and body injuries. Anyone who can help with the police investigation is asked to please call the nearest station or visit the morgue at the K.H.M.H.
