“How can people get a copy of your telephone directory?”
Lela Riveroll
“All they need to do is come into any of the B.T.L. offices countrywide with a recent copy of their telephone bill and a copy of their I.D.”
Even though B.T.L.’s regular customer base is only thirty-five thousand subscribers, Riveroll says the company printed fifty thousand copies of the directory to accommodate hotels and offices with multiple lines and extensions.
