Tourist dies while snorkelling
A U.S. tourist has died while vacationing at San Pedro. According to police, sixty-eight year old William Conrad of Texas was snorkelling at Shark Ray Alley south of Ambergris Caye, when he suddenly collapsed and could not be revived. Heart failure is suspected as the cause of death. Conrad’s body was transported to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital pending its return to the U.S.A.
